KUNDALINI RESET - RELEASE, RENEW & RECHARGE

This KUNDALINI RESET class is an in-person monthly immersion that spans over two hours and fifteen minutes. Every class opens with a presentation by Michele followed by a Kriya (yoga set), a 20-minute Gong Bath (Sound Healing), and two or three meditations aligned with the topic of the presentation. Each immersion offers a different Kriya and set of meditations. It truly is a RESET in every sense of the word. This immersion is for all levels.

The cost of this class also includes free access to Michele's Content Library (where you can choose from over 30 Kundalini Yoga & Mediation classes)! You will be able to view Michele's Content Library from the day after the RESET class you attend through the day of the next monthly RESET class.
