KUNDALINI RESET - RELEASE, RENEW & RECHARGE

This KUNDALINI RESET class is an in-person monthly immersion that spans over two and a half hours. Every class opens with a presentation by Michele followed by a Kriya (yoga set), a 30-minute Gong Bath (Sound Healing), and two or three meditations aligned with the topic of the presentation. Each immersion offers a different Kriya and set of meditations. It truly is a RESET in every sense of the word. This immersion is for all levels.
